2.General provisions

4.11 . The User agrees that the Administration reserves the right to block or delete the User's account, or to terminate his account in relation to any services and remove any content without giving reasons, as well as when the Agreement is violated or the service is not used.
4. 15. The Administration may at any time close any of its services with or without prior notice. In this case the Administration is not responsible for the termination of access to the services of the Site.
5.User Responsibilities
5.1. When using the services of the Site, the User must:

5.3. When using the Site, the User has no right to:

5.3.2. mislead the Administration regarding its identity or organization using the login and password of the another registered User;

a) contains threats, discredits, insults, denigrates the honor and dignity or business reputation, or violates the privacy of other Users or third parties;
b) violates the rights of minors;
c) is vulgar or obscene, contains obscene language, contains pornographic images and texts or scenes of a sexual nature involving minors;
d) contains scenes of violence or inhuman treatment of animals;
e) contains a description of the means and methods of suicide, any incitement to commit it;
f) promotes and / or promotes incitement to racial, religious, ethnic hatred or enmity, promotes fascism or the ideology of racial superiority;
g) contains extremist materials;
h) promotes criminal activity or contains tips, instructions or guidelines for the commission of criminal acts,

5.3.6 . use the software and carry out actions aimed at disrupting the normal functioning of the Site and its services or users' accounts ;
5.3.9. download, store, publish, distribute and provide access to or otherwise use viruses and other malicious programs;
5.3.10. use automated scripts (programs) to collect information on the Site and (or) interaction with the Site and its services without special permission from the Administration;
5.3.11. make attempts to gain access to another User's login and password;
5.3.12. carry out the illegal collection and processing of personal data of other persons;
5.3.13. carry out (make attempts to get) access to any Services in any other way except through the interface provided by the Administration, unless such actions were explicitly authorized by the User in accordance with a separate agreement with the Administration.
5.4. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement or their updates, the User shall refrain from usuing it by informing the Administration in the prescribed manner.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. All the services of the Site are provided "as is" and the Administration is not responsible for any delays, failures, incorrect or untimely delivery, deletion or failure of storage of any user personal information.
